Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Bath Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing high-quality bath and shower remodeling projects in customers' homes. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, works efficiently, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position requires strong installation skills, the ability to work independently, and a dedication to completing projects safely, professionally, and on schedule. Responsibilities Install acrylic bath and shower systems, including tubs, shower bases, wall surrounds, and accessories. Perform demolition and preparation of existing bathrooms while protecting the customer's home. Measure, cut, fit, and install materials with precision to ensure a clean, finished appearance. Install trim, fixtures, shelving, grab bars, shower doors, and other bathroom accessories. Complete basic carpentry, framing, drywall repair, and finish work as needed. Perform minor plumbing modifications related to bath and shower installations. Apply caulking, waterproofing, and sealing techniques to ensure a watertight installation. Identify and resolve installation challenges while maintaining quality standards. Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site from start to finish. Follow company installation procedures, building codes, and all safety guidelines. Accurately complete job documentation and communicate project updates with management. Qualifications Previous experience installing bath or shower remodeling systems is strongly preferred. Experience in residential remodeling, finish carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, or general construction. Knowledge of basic plumbing, framing, drywall, and trim work. Ability to read measurements accurately and use a tape measure proficiently. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other installation equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to varying job site conditions. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work, including kneeling, lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Preferred Experience One-day bath remodeling experience. Tile installation and bathroom remodeling experience. Finish carpentry and trim installation. Customer-facing residential construction experience.
