Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Technician to join our cabinet restoration team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise finish carpentry work, including trim work, crown molding and cabinet installation. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills to carefully remove damaged cabinets without causing further damage to other surroundings and reinstalling the cabinets after they have been repaired and refurbished. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinets, trim, moldings, and other cabinetry components with accuracy and efficiency Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform carpentry tasks including caulking, sanding, fastening, and finishing surfaces Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Remove damaged cabinets and re-install repaired cabinets Install crown, scribe molding, quarter round and other moldings Cabinet assembly Consistently provide high quality customer service Strictly adhere to all safety requirements and procedures Ensure job sites and customer properties are clean, safe, and organized during your time on-site Ensure that all necessary paperwork is filled out daily for each job performed Experience Proven experience in finish carpentry and cabinet installation Attention to detail, timeliness, organization skills and customer focus Proficient in using hand and power tools commonly used in cabinet installation Experience with countertops is a plus Responsible, reliable and punctual Positive attitude and willing to learn A strong work ethic Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Must be able to commute to and from the office in South Charlotte (located near Carowinds) Perks/Benefits 401K Retirement Plan Training Paid Time Off (PTO) Monday - Friday schedule Modern office and break room Room for growth, we promote from within!
