TITLE:

Truss Department Foreman

COMPENSATION

From $21/hr to start, based on experience and qualifications.

REPORT TO

Manufacturing Manager

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of five (5) years timber framing, woodworking, furniture manufacturing, cabinet making or similar experience. Candidates must have expert level knowledge of table saws, radial arm saws and panel saws and working with and assembling roof and floor trusses. Ability to read tape measures, shop drawings and cut lists is a requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a stable work background, have good communication skills and be good at math and paperwork - and certified (or certifiable) to operate a forklift.

WORK SCHEDULE

Normal work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, plus additional time as required to meet workload demands.
