We are a kitchen and bath remodeling contractor seeking a new team member for our growing business. We are seeking Construction/Carpentry Team Member. The position offers paid vacation and paid holidays. Applicants should have the following qualifications: Previous carpentry/ construction experience Leadership skills Interior trim installation experience Cabinetry installation experience Experience conducting detailed, proper demolition of existing kitchens and baths Experience reading plans, drawings & following work orders Experience evaluating existing conditions to determine if change orders are necessary Willingness to learn Able to lift and carry heavy construction materials Able to follow direction Positive attitude The criteria for all persons applying for this position is as follows: Dependable and willing to work hard Professional attitude and appearance is a must Going above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience for our clients Ability to follow directions and pay attention to detail are essential Live in the Concord area and have dependable transportation Willingness to embrace technology Learn & apply company processes A valid North Carolina Driver License with no restrictions and a clean driving record
