About the role. Mission decks and design builds custom decks, screened, enclosures, roofed structures and hardscape. For homeowners across Southwest Wake County, Holly Springs Apex carry in the surrounding areas. We're growing, and we're looking for the right person, not just a body on the crew. But someone with the character and drive to eventually help lead the company's design and build process. You'll start hands on learning our materials. Our tools and how we build the right things, write the first time. As you prove yourself, you'll be given more responsibility. Job site, leadership client, facing design conversations, and eventually a leadership role on the team. This is a role for someone who wants to craft a future not just a paycheck. What you'll do (starting out).

• Work alongside our experienced builders on active deck, porch and hardscape jobs.
• Learn our decking systems and materials, composite, pvc, wood and screened enclosure systems.
• Learn proper tool, use safety practices, and are build quality standards.
• Keep job sites, clean, organized and running on schedule.
• Show up on time, work hard and take direction well. Where this can go. As you build a track record we'll invest in growing you towards;
• Running your own jobs independently, start to finish.
• Exposure to design sitting in on client consultations, learning how we scope and price a job.
• Eventually, a lead role, overseeing cruise quality and client relationships. How fast this happens is up to you? We're patient with the right person. We're not patient with excuses. Who we're looking for.
• Construction experience required comfortable with tools, materials and job site basics.
• Reliable, shows up on time every time without being chased.
• Coachable, takes correction well and wants to keep learning.
• Trustworthy, does the right thing when no one's watching.
• Physically able to do hands-on outdoor construction work.
• Wants a long term career in the trades, not just a summer job.
• Comfortable being younger, newer and earning trust and responsibility over time.
