This position works on cabinet refacing, cabinet painting, countertops, backsplash, and general kitchen upgrades . You earn 10% commission on most jobs and get paid after each project is completed and approved. How the Pay Structure Works Installers earn 10% commission on most jobs Commission is paid after the project is completed and closed out The better your workmanship and speed, the more you earn Jobs typically range from $25,000-$40,000 , so commissions scale Weekly payouts based on completed projects Responsibilities Install new cabinet doors, drawer fronts, soft-close hinges, and hardware Apply veneer, edge banding, fillers, and trim for refacing jobs Prep, sand, clean, and mask cabinets for paint Spray or brush-apply finishes according to KCC standards Assist with countertop tear-out and installation Install tile backsplash (cutting, leveling, grouting) Perform minor carpentry and repair work as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate clearly with homeowners and project managers Deliver quality work to reduce callbacks and speed up payouts Requirements Experience in cabinetry, carpentry, painting, or remodeling (preferred) Ability to work independently and complete jobs start-to-finish Transportation and basic tool set Ability to lift 50-75 lbs Good communication and customer interaction skills Reliable work ethic and attention to detail Willingness to learn KCC's methods and quality standards What We Provide Steady flow of projects Training for cabinet refacing & spraying techniques All materials supplied (doors, paint, veneer, hardware, etc.) Supportive team environment Opportunities to move into Lead Installer roles Weekly commission payouts after completed jobs Compensation 10% commission on most jobs Paid after each completed project Additional bonuses for top performance or 5-star customer reviews
