Job Description
We are a fast‑growing manufacturing company in Raleigh, NC looking for dependable team members to help with cutting, assembling, and preparing wood components for production. Responsibilities Cut and prepare wood materials using power tools Read tape measurements accurately Assemble wood products using nail guns, miter saws, and hand tools Perform basic sanding with sanders or sandpaper Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Assist with operating basic woodworking machinery (e.g., saws, sanders, drills) Minimum Qualifications Experience using power saws, drills, nail guns, or similar tools Ability to accurately measure and cut wood materials Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs throughout an 8‑hour shift Reliable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑conscious Willingness to learn new equipment and processes Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with generous employer match Safety shoe reimbursement Growth opportunities within the company
