Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, constructing, and installing custom cabinetry and woodwork. This role prefers a strong background in woodworking, carpentry, and fabrication, with the ability to interpret elevations and schematics accurately. The Cabinet Maker will work closely with project managers and clients to deliver high-quality craftsmanship that meets specifications and deadlines. Duties Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry according to shop drawings, cut lists, and specifications Read and understand cabinet drawings, dimensions, layouts, and basic construction details Perform basic machining, cutting, drilling, sanding, and preparation of cabinet components Safely operate common woodworking tools and machinery Inspect components and completed cabinetry for accuracy, fit, and overall quality Identify mistakes or potential problems before they move further through production Assist with loading, delivery, and installation of cabinetry Perform field modifications, scribing, fitting, and other installation-related tasks as experience allows Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Properly handle and protect finished cabinetry and client property Communicate material shortages, mistakes, drawing discrepancies, or other issues to the Shop Lead Maintain reasonable production expectations and complete assigned work efficiently Work cooperatively with other cabinetmakers, apprentices, finishers, installers, and management Represent Hall's Cabinetry Co. professionally while working in clients' homes and on active job sites Uphold company standards for craftsmanship, character, communication, and attention to deta
