Position Overview:

The Sales & Design Specialist will play a key role in the sales and design department, working directly with homeowners and builders to bring custom cabinetry projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate has prior experience in face frame cabinetry, a strong understanding of design and measuring techniques, and is comfortable working in a customer-facing role. Higher base & bonus compensation based on experience & ability to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

Work primarily with new home builds, collaborating with builders and homeowners Meet with homeowners in the showroom to discuss design options Review blueprints and spec out for drafting department Measure job sites accurately and work with drafters to create precise layouts Gain customer approvals to proceed with production Manage key builder accounts over time Communicate effectively via phone, email, and text

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in custom cabinetry Strong knowledge of woodworking design and construction Ability to read and interpret blueprints and take precise measurements Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously High school diploma or equivalent required Clean driving record and ability to drive company vehicles safely to and from job sites

Pay:

From $75,000.00 per year
