Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Woodworker/Craftmans to join our custom cabinetry team. This role is responsible for the precision assembly and finishing of high-end custom cabinets, ensuring they meet design specifications, quality standards, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate has experience in woodworking or cabinetry, with a strong eye Responsibilities Perform final assembly of custom cabinets, including attaching doors, drawers, moldings, hardware, and decorative elements. Ensure all components fit precisely and function properly, including soft-close mechanisms, hinges, slides, and locks. Conduct final quality checks for aesthetics and function—inspecting for defects, finish issues, and alignment problems. Touch-up finish blemishes and clean cabinets prior to packaging or installation. Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly. Collaborate with the finish, millwork, and CNC departments to resolve any component or design issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures throughout all tasks. Assist with packaging and preparation for shipping or delivery when required. Requirements 2+ years of experience in cabinet assembly, woodworking, or related field required. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions. Good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
