Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kitchen Cabinet Designer to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will be the creative force behind transforming clients' visions into stunning, functional kitchen spaces. Your expertise in layout design, renovation, and high-end sales will help clients realize their dream kitchens while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from concept to completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical skills with customer relationship building in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen remodeling projects. Create detailed layout designs using SketchUp, CAD, and lighting design tools to visualize custom cabinet solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on cabinetry, lighting, fixtures, and remodeling options. Assist customers in selecting materials, finishes, and accessories that align with their style and functional requirements. Upsell additional products and services by highlighting the benefits of premium options and complementary features. Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines to close sales effectively while maintaining excellent customer service. Manage client relationships through CRM systems, ensuring ongoing communication and satisfaction throughout the remodeling process. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or retail sales within the renovation or construction industry. Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD software, Microsoft Office suite, and CRM systems for design and client management. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on high-end sales and deal closing techniques. Knowledge of remodeling processes, construction experience, and fixture sales to advise clients accurately. Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical details clearly and build lasting client relationships. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in layout design and product demos.
