We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Woodworking Shop Operator to join our growing team. The individual will be a key shop employee with the following responsibilities: Operate woodworking machinery, CNC machines, and hand tools. Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques. Follow quality and safety standards. Keep a clean and organized shop while maintaining equipment according to an established schedule. Understand blueprints and cut lists for daily jobs. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity over extended periods Good communication skills. English language skills are required. Additional tasks or projects as defined by the Production Manager. Benefits $20

•26/hr depending on experience. Paid holidays and paid time off. Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, no weekends, no required overtime. Health and retirement benefits. Job Requirements A team player who works hard, has a good sense of humor, and knows how to get the job done Experience in the woodworking or cabinet-making fields preferred (32mm systems) but not required. We will train the right person! Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Some prior woodworking experience is preferred but not required.
