Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Laminator/Cabinet Maker to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality laminated surfaces and custom cabinets, ensuring precise craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on creative projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble custom cabinets, fixtures, panels, and components Perform laminate work, including cutting, fitting, gluing, trimming, and finishing Read and interpret shop drawings, plans, and measurements Cut and shape plywood, MDF, hardwoods, laminates, and other materials Operate common woodworking and fabrication tools safely and accurately Build components to precise dimensions and quality standards Perform sanding, edging, trimming, and finishing work Inspect finished work for fit, appearance, and quality Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work independently as well as with other members of the fabrication team Assist with installation or other shop projects as needed Requirements Previous experience in cabinet making, finish carpentry, laminate fabrication, or millwork. Ability to accurately measure, cut, assemble, and finish materials Experience working with laminate and woodworking materials Ability to read drawings and follow detailed instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good problem-solving skills and ability to work through unique fabrication challenges Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Must be able to lift materials and stand for extended periods Benefits
