Door Shop Employee Sierra Nevada Door & Window is looking for a dependable, hardworking Door Shop Employee to join our team. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with consistent daytime hours and benefits. Job Duties Assist with the preparation, assembly, and handling of doors and related materials Safely use basic hand and power tools Accurately measure materials using a tape measure Read and follow written work orders and instructions Load, unload, and move doors and materials throughout the shop Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other general shop duties as needed Requirements Must be able to lift 75-100 lbs. Must be able to accurately read a tape measure Must understand basic math, including fractions Basic knowledge and safe use of hand and power tools Strong attention to detail Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Clean driving record Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Forklift experience Basic carpentry skills Previous construction, door, millwork, cabinet, or shop experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM No weekends.
