Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of installation tasks across various projects, ensuring that building materials, fixtures, and systems are installed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately follow construction plans and specifications Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively install commercial furniture. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with team members on site to coordinate activities, build up and site cleanup Requirements Proven experience in construction installation work Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and following detailed construction plans Familiarity with construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding (ladder use), and measuring devices like tape measures Ability to work safely on construction sites while adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols Excellent customer service skills for interacting professionally with clients during remodels or installations This role is vital in ensuring that each project meets quality standards while maintaining a safe working environment.
