Compensation:

$25 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

Cabinet Installation Receive and load cabinets into the delivery trailer Drive to and from job sites safely and on schedule Unload cabinets and set up work area upon arrival Prepare and inspect surfaces prior to installation Install cabinetry according to project specifications and layout plans Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and secure fastening of all cabinets Perform final inspection to confirm quality and completeness of installation Countertop Installation Load and transport countertop materials safely in the delivery trailer Carry and position countertops on-site with care to avoid damage Install countertops with proper support, adhesive, and fastening Perform seaming and edge finishing on applicable projects Seal and finish surfaces as required per material specifications Clean up work area thoroughly upon project completion General Responsibilities Maintain all tools and equipment in good working condition Communicate project progress and any issues to the crew lead or office Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Keep the work area clean and organized throughout the workday Respect client property and maintain a professional demeanor on-site at all times Arrive on time and be reliable for all scheduled jobs Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team

Qualifications:

Preference to candidates with experience using construction equipment such as forklift and power tools Our crew members must be physically able to do the work with reliable hand-eye coordination and balance Experience with construction builds is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates A high school diploma or GED is preferred Needs to be good at following directions and complete tasks, both independently and on a team About Company Whispering Pines Woodcraft LLC We are a custom cabinet shop and also a granite and quartz countertop fabricator.
