This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to build a career in the skilled trades. You'll work alongside experienced Lead Installers on residential bathroom renovation projects and gain valuable experience in installation, plumbing, carpentry, and remodeling. Responsibilities Assist with bathroom remodeling and installation projects Support lead installers in completing projects efficiently and professionally Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical tasks Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and saws Accurately read and use a tape measure Use levels and layout tools to assist with installations Load, unload, and transport materials Maintain a clean, organized work van and job site Represent the company professionally in customers' homes Travel with the installation team from the shop to job sites each day Qualifications Construction, remodeling, or trade experience preferred Bathroom remodeling experience is a plus Comfortable using common hand and power tools Ability to accurately read a tape measure Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical work preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable transportation to and from the shop Ability to lift and carry materials and work on your feet throughout the day Valid driver's license preferred Position Details Full-time position Consistent year-round work Paid training and skill development Opportunity to advance into a Lead Installer role Team-oriented work environment Company vehicle provided for travel between job sites during work hours Location Based out of our shop each morning before traveling to scheduled job sites.
