We have an in-house interior design team, and we also do our own custom millwork and hard surface/stone fabrication. Custom Millwork Solutions is a growing custom cabinetry and millwork company. We take pride in delivering high-quality custom cabinets, casework, and interior solutions to our clients. We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Cabinet Shop Professional to join our team and help bring our designs to life. We are seeking an experienced Woodworker/Cabinet Maker who is comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience fabricating and assembling cabinets, working with various wood products and laminates, and operating standard woodworking machinery. Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and other sheet goods according to specifications. Operate shop machinery safely and efficiently, including table saws, edge banders, miter saws, and routers. Apply laminate and edge banding to various surfaces and components. Assemble custom cabinetry, millwork, and casework. Use a variety of hand and power tools for drilling, fastening, and finishing. Assist with the loading, transportation, and on-site installation of finished cabinets. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment. Review and follow shop drawings and cut lists.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience working in a cabinet shop, millwork, or woodworking environment. Proficient in operating standard shop machinery (specifically table saws and edge banders). Any finish experience with millwork/casework a plus Strong working knowledge of hand tools and power tools. Experience cutting wood accurately and working with laminates. Familiarity with cabinet installation processes. Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification is a strong plus. Design/Build is our passion!
