We are currently hiring Precast Form Builder to join our 1st-shift - 7:00AM start time in Springboro, Ohio Pay Rates start at $21.25 per hour and up depending on experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Constructing forms from blueprints for the production of precast concrete pieces inside our facility Managing all aspects of the layout, cutting of raw materials, assembly of forms, nailing, measuring and confirming dimensional layouts Ensuring the support of precast piece detail changes to ensure the team meets the daily production schedule. Qualified candidates will possess the following: previous carpentry, cabinet-making, construction or framing experience experience reading and interpreting blueprints basic math skills along with the ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch proven experience using handheld carpentry and power tools to build structures the commitment to working in a team-focused environment a strong work ethic with a passion for creating high quality work with top-level safety awareness Working for
