The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential and commercial remodeling projects, with proficiency in various carpentry, finishing, and installation techniques. This role involves transforming spaces through renovation, repair, and restoration work, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Remodeler will collaborate with project managers, clients, and other trades to deliver exceptional results on time and within scope. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute remodeling projects accurately. Perform framing, Finish and trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and drywall work. Install flooring, tile laying, plastering, and concrete finishing as required. Operate power tools and hand tools safely for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. Fabricate custom components using appropriate techniques for restoration or renovation projects. Apply caulking, painting, and finishing touches to ensure a polished appearance. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes. Maintain a clean and organized worksite throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience in construction remodeling or renovation projects with a strong portfolio of completed work. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Skilled in various trades including carpentry (Finish Primarily and some framing), drywall, (welding a plus), flooring installation, tile laying, plastering, concrete forming, and concrete finishing. Experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus. Knowledge of construction management practices and inspection procedures. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently. Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
