Job Overview We are looking for people with experience using nail guns, saws and tape measures to cut boards to make crates and pallets. Day Shift is 6am-4pm and Night Shift is 4pm-2am. Join our dynamic team as a Woodshop Worker on both day and night shifts, where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will bring custom woodworking projects to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment focused on residential and commercial wood construction, renovation, and restoration. You'll be integral to creating high-quality wood products, installing fixtures, and supporting various stages of construction projects. Duties Operate woodworking machines such as saws, planers, sanders, and CNC equipment to fabricate precise wood components Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution Use hand tools and power tools for tasks including framing, trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture setup Assist with construction estimating by measuring materials and calculating project requirements Perform residential carpentry tasks such as siding installation, roofing support, stucco application, and metal stud framing Support restoration projects involving water damage repair, plastering, rebar installation, or siding replacement Conduct heavy lifting safely while handling wood construction materials or fabricated components on-site or in the shop Requirements Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a focus on woodworking or remodeling projects Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for precise fabrication and installation Proficient with hand tools (e.g., hammers, chisels) and power tools for woodworking (e.g., drills, saws) Familiarity with woodworking machines such as CNC routers, sanders, or planers is highly desirable Knowledge of construction site safety protocols including power tool safety standards Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during material handling or project assembly Strong understanding of woodworking materials like plywood, MDF, framing lumber, trim boards, and other wood construction materials Join us in delivering exceptional craftsmanship across a variety of projects!
