Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter/Cabinet, Window, and Door Installer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential projects, transforming spaces with precision craftsmanship and expert installation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in carpentry, woodworking, and installation techniques, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. Your expertise will directly contribute to creating beautiful, functional living environments while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinets, windows, doors, trim, and other woodwork components according to construction plans and technical drawings. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications. Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, fabrication, and finishing tasks with precision and safety. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for installation and construction site work. Conduct caulking, stucco application, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and masonry work as needed for project completion. Operate woodworking machines and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment for custom fabrication. Ensure all work complies with safety protocols such as power tool safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in residential carpentry, trim carpentry, framing, or related construction fields. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, masonry tools, and woodworking machines. Familiarity with construction site safety practices including power tool safety protocols. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on various job sites. Experience with fixture installation, rebar installation, restoration projects, or remodeling is highly desirable. Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques or mold remediation industry experience is a plus.
