Job Description
The Rubber associate is responsible for to hand rubbing finishes onto cabinet parts using the wipe on and wipe off technique to match the color chip / master sample and Wood-Mode, LLC's quality standards. Must have the ability to read and understand tickets. Must have the ability to pass the color blind test. Must have the ability to tolerate heat, dust, and fumes. Must have the ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis. Must have the ability to hand rub finishes onto cabinet parts that match the color block, defect free, and adhere to wood mode quality standards.
