Overview We are seeking a Cabinet Designer to join our team. We are looking for experienced designers who are wanting to take freedom in their careers. Duties Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for cabinetry projects. Utilize design software such as 2020 and ProKitchen to develop detailed layout plans and visual presentations. Engage in outside sales efforts by visiting clients' homes or job sites, providing expert advice on renovation and remodeling projects. Negotiate project terms and pricing. Coordinate with construction teams on installation details, maintenance requirements, and remodeling timelines. Build lasting customer relationships. Skills Proficiency with design programs. Strong knowledge of interior design principles, layout design, lighting sales, and merchandising techniques. Experience in outside sales. Excellent customer relationship building abilities to foster trust and loyalty. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
