Residential Construction / Remodeling Job Overview CRx Construction is launching a new Cabinetry & Millwork Division to support our internal luxury home projects and expand into standalone cabinetry design and sales. We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Cabinetry Division Manager / Lead Cabinet Designer to spearhead this initiative. This hybrid role blends creative design expertise with entrepreneurial leadership and project execution — perfect for someone who wants to run a division with autonomy, purpose, and support. Learn more at www.crxconstruction.com Key Responsibilities Division Leadership Launch and manage the standalone Cabinetry Division Develop business plans, product catalogs, and estimating templates Build and maintain vendor and installer relationships Track revenue, margin, and client satisfaction KPIs Forecast procurement, install timelines, and financials Cabinet Design & Client Experience Design and present cabinetry solutions using 2020 Design, Cabinet Vision, or similar Guide clients through selections (cabinets, finishes, hardware, accessories) Produce high-quality renderings, elevations, and specifications Deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience from design through install Internal Project Support Support CRx project managers by managing cabinetry and millwork scopes Coordinate with superintendents to ensure successful installation Manage changes, updates, and approvals with clients and internal teams Operations & Project Management Handle procurement, delivery coordination, and scheduling Maintain documentation (POs, shop drawings, QC sign-offs) Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with design and quality standards Qualifications Required 5+ years cabinetry or millwork design experience (luxury residential preferred) Proficient in 2020 Design, Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, or similar software Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, finishes, and install sequencing Excellent client communication and presentation skills Highly organized and capable of managing multiple design projects Preferred Experience managing or growing a cabinetry studio or design department Background in luxury homebuilding or custom millwork NKBA and/or 20/20 Design Certification Compensation & Benefits $60,000-$75,000 annual salary, based on experience Performance bonuses tied to: Cabinetry division revenue/profitability Client satisfaction (NPS or similar) On-time/on-budget execution Paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick leave) Bi-weekly pay cycle 401(k) with company match Tech package (smartphone or tablet) Company vehicle Annual company outings Potential for future profit-sharing as division scales Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday.
