Panel Technician - Shop & Field (Will Train the Right Person!) Are you a carpenter or construction-minded worker who enjoys building things and seeing the finished result? Pay & Perks $23/hour starting pay (more for experience) Paid training - we will teach you our systems Mileage reimbursement for travel to job sites Opportunity to advance into CNC operation, crew lead, or project roles Full-time work on commercial projects across New England What You'll Do In the Shop (Raymond, NH) Fabricate ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) panels and more! Operate or learn to operate CNC routers Assist with flashing fabrication and light painting Measure, cut, assemble, and prep materials Maintain shop cleanliness and organization In the Field (when needed) Assist with installation of ACM and commercial siding systems Help position and secure panels Support foremen and crew leads Work safely and professionally on active job sites Who We're Looking For Carpentry, siding, or construction experience preferred Mechanically inclined and comfortable with tools Able to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Valid driver's license requiredIf you've framed houses, installed siding, worked in finish carpentry, metal work, or general construction, you'll likely transition well here.
