In this role, you will transform clients' visions into stunning, functional kitchen spaces by designing custom cabinetry that perfectly balances style, practicality, and budget. Your expertise will help guide clients through the entire design process, from conceptual sketches to detailed plans, ensuring a seamless experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for interior design and cabinetry craftsmanship, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact! Duties Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project scope for kitchen remodels and new constructions Create detailed drawings using Cabinet Vision software to visualize cabinetry layouts and designs Field measure & problem solving Build customer relationships Requirements Proven experience in cabinetry design with a strong portfolio showcasing kitchen projects Proficiency in 20/20, Cabinet Vision or equal Knowledge of CAD drafting standards, construction processes, remodeling techniques, and renovation best practices Strong understanding of color theory, lighting design principles, and interior design fundamentals Ability to manage projects effectively from concept through completion with excellent organizational skills in project management and budgeting Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members effectively Join us as and work directly for the factory.
