Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our team, responsible for constructing and assembling various structures and fixtures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of building techniques and materials, with expertise in multiple areas of construction. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all projects. Responsibilities Construct and assemble structures using hand tools and power tools in accordance with project specifications. Execute trim carpentry tasks, including the installation of moldings, door frames, and cabinetry. Operate Panel saw and CNC machinery for custom fabrication when required. Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements Proven experience in Millwork Shop or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of trim carpentry techniques is essential. Familiarity with CNC operation is a plus. Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
