Carroll Custom Coatings is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cabinet Prep Helper to join our growing team. This is a part-time position with the potential to develop into a full-time role for the right person. Paid, hands-on training is provided, so previous cabinet refinishing experience is helpful but not required. The Cabinet Prep Helper plays an important role in producing the professional, high-quality finishes our customers expect. Responsibilities may include removing and labeling cabinet doors and drawers, cleaning and degreasing surfaces, sanding, masking and protecting work areas, filling minor imperfections, organizing cabinet components, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting our cabinet refinishing team throughout each project. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, follows instructions carefully, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in doing the job correctly. Applicants should be punctual, reliable, willing to learn, comfortable working in both our shop and customers' homes, and able to work efficiently as part of a team. This is an active position that may require standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and carrying cabinet doors, equipment, and materials.
