We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer / Maker . In this role, you will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and installing custom cabinets and woodwork in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong carpentry skills, a thorough understanding of construction plans, and experience working with various woodworking tools and materials. The Cabinet Installer / Maker position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality projects that enhance living and working spaces through expert craftsmanship and precise installation.

Responsibilities :

Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate cabinets and related woodwork Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom cabinetry, fixtures, and trim with precision Utilize hand tools such as chisels, saws, hammers, and screwdrivers effectively Operate power tools including drills, saws, sanders, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently Manage heavy lifting tasks to transport materials securely on-site Install doors, siding, drywall, stucco, and other finishing elements as part of remodeling or restoration projects Ensure all installations meet safety standards for power tool use and construction site protocols Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within specifications Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency Assist in estimating project costs by assessing materials needed for cabinet fabrication and installation Requirements Minimum 1+ yrs. proven leadership experience in cabinetry installation using a wide range of product types, sizes, and difficulties. Ability to personally execute whole house installs with only plans and limited guidance, either alone or with a team. Lead a team of junior installers from project start to finish cohesively. Manage installations at single family homes and multiple building/multiple unit projects with limited direction. Comfortable with leveraging various forms of technology to improve what you do. Working knowledge and ability to read, understand, and follow detailed cabinetry plans. Complete high-quality, high-profile projects in the time allotted by anticipating and balancing workload based upon general guidelines established. Continuous improvement, team-oriented mentality. Consistently projecting a positive, professional attitude and approach to the job, the company, and co-workers. Understand and conform to company policies and procedures. Use company time conscientiously, arriving for work on time. Maintain confidentiality. Own hand tools (major tools provided). Valid DL w/ own transportation, acceptable driving record. Pass a drug screen and background check.

Pay rate:

$20 to $32 an hour, based on experience and interview.

Schedule :
