We take pride in building high-quality cabinetry and are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to build a long-term career. Whether you have years of cabinet experience or are mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we'd like to talk with you. Responsibilities Assemble RTA and semi-custom cabinets accurately and efficiently. Read and follow shop drawings and production paperwork. Install hinges, drawer slides, hardware, and cabinet components. Inspect finished products for quality before they leave the shop. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Work with the production team to meet daily and weekly goals. Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Cabinet building, woodworking, or carpentry experience is preferred but not required. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail. Dependable with a good work ethic and positive attitude. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand throughout the workday. Willingness to learn and improve every day.
