Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Job description: Austin cabinet company is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Designer / Project Manager to join our team. This role is central to the smooth day-to-day functioning of our showroom, coordinating logistics, scheduling, ordering, and customer service across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Management Greet and assist walk-in clients with professionalism and warmth Answer and route incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service Scheduling & Coordination Confirm delivery timelines with manufacturers and freight partners Coordinate installation schedules with customers Schedule product deliveries and punch trips with freight companies and clients Follow up on service appointments and ensure client satisfaction Ordering & Product Management Review orders with designers for accuracy before placement Confirm order details with manufacturers prior to release Identify and resolve discrepancies in manufacturer confirmations Place hardware orders as needed Punch / Warranty Support Order warranty and additional parts for installations Schedule service dates through online scheduling portal Inspect warranty parts upon delivery for accuracy and condition Prep and communicate part readiness to installers Billing & Contract Support Enter customer contracts into our system Collect and process payments efficiently and securely
Required Skills & Tools:
Please do not apply unless you have a MINIMUM of five years experience in construction project management - specifically cabinetry and millwork Proficient in Excel and CRM systems Comfortable using Microsoft Teams or Slack for internal communication Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage timelines across multiple projects
