This role involves both shop fabrication and on-site installation, turning design concepts into high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works efficiently, and maintains a high standard of professionalism. Responsibilities Fabricate custom cabinetry from start to finish based on design specifications and shop drawings Install cabinets, built-ins, and trim with precision on job sites Perform painting and staining as part of the finishing process Maintain a clean and organized workspace in both shop and field settings Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards Qualifications 2+ years of experience in cabinet making, installation, or trim carpentry Ability to read and interpret shop drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience with custom residential or high-end commercial work preferred Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing is beneficial for install work Why Join Us We value craftsmanship and efficiency, and we recognize that each team member brings different strengths to the table.
