What You'll Learn & Do Manufacture custom closet and cabinet components Operate professional woodworking machinery and production equipment Assemble and finish high-quality custom products Learn our product lines and manufacturing process Follow company safety and quality standards This is hands-on work where attention to detail and consistency matter. The Type of Person Who Succeeds Here Shows up on time and ready to work Takes pride in producing quality work Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude Can learn quickly and follow instructions Is comfortable using tools and working with their hands Experience with woodworking tools or machinery is helpful but not required — we train the right people.
