In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom millwork, cabinetry, trim, doors, and fixtures with accuracy and efficiency. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life while ensuring safety and quality standards are met on every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your carpentry skills to deliver exceptional results that enhance both residential and commercial environments. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install millwork components such as cabinetry, molding, doors, and fixtures according to blueprints and schematics Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical instructions to ensure precise installation Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively during installation processes Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to safety protocols to prevent injuries Conduct site inspections to verify proper fitment, alignment, and finish of installed millwork products Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials throughout the project lifecycle Experience Proven experience will determine your starting pay but we're looking for helpers who want to learn trade as well? Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and technical drawings Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, chisels; power tools including sanders, routers, nail guns; and fabrication equipment Physical ability for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces as required by project scope Join us in delivering high-quality millwork solutions that elevate our clients' spaces!
