Cabinet Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing custom and stock cabinets in residential, commercial, and remodeling projects. Your expertise will help bring clients' visions to life by ensuring precise, high-quality installations that meet safety standards and project specifications. Responsibilities Measure and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate cabinet placement and alignment Prepare work areas by cleaning, leveling surfaces, and setting up necessary tools and materials Install cabinets using hand tools and power tools, ensuring secure fastening and proper fitment Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades to coordinate installation tasks seamlessly Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to verify adherence to design specifications and safety standards Perform touch-ups such as caulking, trimming, or finishing details to achieve a polished look Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and adhering to safety protocols throughout each project Requirements Proven experience in cabinet installation or related carpentry work with a strong understanding of construction processes Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; familiarity with construction management software is a plus Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., drills, saws) and power tools safely and effectively Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations Experience with other construction trades such as framing, drywall installation, flooring, or masonry is advantageous Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to adapt quickly on-site Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and working in various environmental conditions Join our team as a Cabinet Installer where your craftsmanship makes a tangible difference!
