Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Modular Construction Factory Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment focused on the assembly and quality control of modular building components. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to innovative construction solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in industrial manufacturing and modular construction processes. •Payrates vary based on trade/skill and experience Hiring the following : Roofers (decking/shingles)
RESIDENTIAL
Painters (Interior Trim/Finish/Prep) Appliance Installers - Finish work Flooring Specialist (ceramic tile/wall tile/click & lock/laminate) Framers Wall Plumber Hand( assemble toilet kits/water heaters/read measuring tape) ElectricalHelper (assemble fan kits/strip wires/install electrical boxes) Strap/Wrap (strap insulated walls/wrap houses) Cabinet Shop (assembly/CNC operation) Responsibilities Assist in the assembly of modular building components according to detailed specifications and blueprints Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during production processes Inspect materials and finished modules for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe working environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials within the factory as needed Experience Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or assembly is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow detailed instructions Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is advantageous Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting moderate loads Safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace environment
Pay:
$17.00 - $29.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
