KarlBoonzaaijer.com. As our operations expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Cabinet Maker to contribute to daily production and on-site installations. Duties Fabricate casework, doors, drawers, face frames and hardware installation with required precision from supplied shop drawings and cutlists. Integrate with the existing team, able to effectively bring up improvement ideas for workflow, tooling, materials and other processes. Neat and orderly in work habits, diligently keep a clean work site Able to look ahead and anticipate problems, willing to ask questions Experience / Skills / Conditions

• 3+y experience in high end custom cabinetry. Pay commensurate with experience.
• Expertise on machinery, hand tools, safety procedures; use shop's job-tracking software
• Proficiency in using power, hand, and measuring tools
• CNC experience a plus
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish desirable
• Able to give and receive constructive feedback to senior and junior personnel.
• Reside in DFW area, pass a drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check. Why join KBWD?
