We work with reputable home builders, architects and interior designers to create custom cabinets and millwork finishes for primarily new construction homes. Our team also creates bespoke furniture pieces to compliment the overall projects we collaborate on. Cabinet Maker / Craftsman / Installer Job Description The Cabinet Maker / Craftsman / Installer is responsible for constructing, assembling, and installing custom cabinet according to client specifications. This includes working from blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, finishing surfaces, and ensuring the highest standards of quality. We also do field installs of finished product and this position would flex between in-shop and in-field installs. Responsibilities - In Shop Operate woodworking machinery such as table saws, drill press, edge banders, sanders and other wood working equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, a tape measure, shop drawings, and wood species Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workspace Adhere to all safety regulations and company policiesQualifications Responsibilities - In The Field Drive company vehicle Cut and install trim and crown mouldings Scribe fillers and finish end detailing Adjust cabinet doors and drawers Install cabinet drawer faces/fronts Finish clean up Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly wage with overtime Workers Comp Insurance Supplemental Bonus Pay Paid Time off for Holidays Opportunities for advancement and training Tools provided Qualifications Prior experience with woodworking Ability to safely lift, move, carry ~75lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and machinery Willingness to work by our Core Values HS Diploma of equivalent preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans Attention to detail and commitment to quality Valid driver's license (required for on-site installations & driving company vehicles)
