Cabinet Refacing Specialist - Sales, Measure & Installation Miracle Method - Dallas Metro Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Company Vehicle | Benefits | Commission + Hourly Compensation Miracle Method Dallas Metro is expanding our kitchen cabinet refacing business and is looking for an experienced carpenter, cabinet installer, or remodeling professional who can manage a cabinet project from the final in-home consultation through installation. This is not a traditional technician position. We are looking for someone who understands cabinetry, takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates well with homeowners, and wants the opportunity to earn commission on the projects they help close and install.

Your Role:

Our front office team will pre-qualify customers and schedule appointments with homeowners who are interested in cabinet refacing. From there, you will take ownership of the project. You will visit the customer's home to: Take and verify accurate cabinet measurements Evaluate the existing cabinet boxes and project conditions Walk the homeowner through cabinet door styles, colors, finishes, hardware, and available design options Educate customers on cabinet refacing versus refinishing or replacement Help the customer finalize their selections and move forward with the project Coordinate measurements, specifications, and ordering information with our cabinet vendors and office team Return to complete the professional installation once materials arrive We work with several primary cabinet refacing vendors and also offer select cabinet refinishing solutions using high-quality professional coatings. Our goal is to create a seamless customer experience by having one knowledgeable professional involved from measurement and design through final installation , eliminating communication gaps and ensuring the project is ordered and installed correctly. Lowe's Partnership Miracle Method is also a national service provider for Lowe's , one of our important referral partners. This position will help support cabinet and kitchen opportunities generated through Lowe's, including customer appointments, project measurements, communication, and installation. Compensation This position offers significant earning potential for someone who combines technical cabinet knowledge with strong customer communication skills. 20%+ commission per completed cabinet project Typical residential cabinet projects range from approximately $10,000-$30,000 Hourly compensation for cabinet measurement/consultation appointments Company vehicle provided Company-paid fuel Tools and job materials supplied Benefits Full-time employees are eligible for a competitive benefits package including: Major medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Schedule Monday-Friday What We're Looking For The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following: Cabinet installation Finish carpentry Cabinet refacing Kitchen remodeling Cabinet measuring and layout Door and drawer installation Residential/Commercial construction or remodeling You should be comfortable working directly with homeowners and discussing design selections and project options. This role requires both technical accuracy and excellent customer service . Experience with cabinet refacing is strongly preferred, but we are willing to consider an experienced carpenter or cabinet installer who can quickly learn our products, vendors, and processes.
