Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Cabinet Builder/Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and finishing custom cabinets and related woodwork for residential projects. Your expertise in carpentry, woodworking, and construction will ensure that each project meets our high standards of quality, precision, and craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse remodeling and renovation projects, bringing clients' visions to life with expert skill and attention to detail. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately build and install cabinets and wood fixtures. Measure spaces precisely and cut materials using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines. Assemble cabinet components with attention to detail, ensuring proper fit and finish. Install cabinets, doors, trim, siding, fixtures, and other woodwork on-site in residential settings. Perform heavy lifting of materials and components safely while adhering to power tool safety protocols. Conduct rebar installation, framing (metal stud framing or wood framing), plastering, stucco work, caulking, and water damage restoration as needed during projects. Ensure all work complies with construction plans, safety standards, and industry best practices; maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements Proven experience in cabinet building, installation, carpentry, or remodeling within the construction or restoration industry. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and construction plans. Proficiency with hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers), power tools for woodworking (drills, sanders), and woodworking machines. Familiarity with residential carpentry tasks such as door hanging, flooring installation, trim carpentry, siding application, metal stud framing, fixture installation, and mold remediation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining power tool safety standards. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on water damage restoration or rebar installation is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to project changes or unforeseen challenges. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients during remodeling or renovation projects.
