Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, siding, fixture installation, and finishing tasks Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for framing, rebar installation, drywall hanging, plastering, stucco application, and flooring installation Install doors, cabinets, moldings, trim, siding, and other fixtures with accuracy and attention to detail Assist with water damage restoration, mold remediation, and other repair or renovation projects within the restoration industry Use woodworking machines safely to fabricate custom components and ensure quality craftsmanship Follow all safety protocols related to power tool use, power tool safety standards, and construction site procedures Skills Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques including residential framing, metal stud framing, woodworking, and wood construction materials Ability to read construction plans accurately and interpret technical drawings for various projects Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels, levels; and power tools including drills, saws, sanders for woodworking and framing tasks Experience with fixture installation, door hanging, cabinet installation, siding application, caulking, and trim carpentry Familiarity with construction estimating processes and working from detailed project specifications Knowledge of safety standards including power tool safety practices and proper handling of heavy materials Experience in the restoration industry including water damage repair or mold remediation is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining quality standards during construction or renovation projects Skilled in assembly work involving metal studs or wood components for framing or finishing purposes Join us if you're passionate about building excellence!
