Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic / Signage Installer to join our production and installation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a wide range of interior and exterior signage, environmental graphics, vinyl graphics, wall coverings, dimensional letters, and related products. This role requires excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Install interior and exterior signs, vinyl graphics, wall murals, window graphics, ADA signage, dimensional letters, and architectural signage. Read and interpret work orders, installation drawings, blueprints, and site surveys. Prepare installation sites by measuring, cleaning, and ensuring surfaces are ready for application. Install graphics on walls, windows, floors, vehicles, and various substrates using proper installation techniques. Operate power tools, hand tools, ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts safely. Perform light fabrication, assembly, and finishing work as needed before installation. Load, transport, and unload signage materials while protecting finished products from damage. Conduct site measurements and communicate any field changes or installation challenges to the project management team. Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and client specifications. Complete installation documentation, job photos, and service reports. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition. Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies. Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and job site personnel. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience installing signs, graphics, or architectural signage preferred. Experience with vinyl application, wall coverings, window graphics, and dimensional signage. Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and installation instructions. Familiarity with installation tools and equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel locally to customer job sites. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work at heights. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to work overtime or weekends when project schedules require.
