Installer (100% travel required)

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various seating products and systems. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform installations of products according to specifications and guidelines. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on installed systems. Utilize tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality of installations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Skills Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of handheld tools and tape measure preferred. Requirements Must be able to fly and have an ID available to do so. Must be able to travel for extended periods of time. Must be able to pass a drug test. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be able to work in non-climate controlled environments (outdoors year round). Must have a team-player attitude.
