Job Description

•About us: Covenant Crafters specializes in custom cabinets and wood crafted products, primarily working with professional contractors, builders, interior designers and architects, making sure to meet the needs of their clients. Covenant Crafters prioritizes a high level of excellence, integrity, and honesty within our team and in the work that we do for our customers. Our goal is to create and produce projects that not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:
Fabrication:

Cut, shape and assemble cabinet parts using various woodworking tools and techniques (joinery, laminating).

Design Interpretation:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and client specifications to create custom pieces.

Installation:

Install finished cabinets, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality onsite.

Quality Control:

Inspect work for defects, ensuring high standards are met.

Collaboration:

Work with designers, shop foreman, and co-workers to align on project goals.

Maintenance:

Keep tools, machinery, and workspace clean and well-maintained.

Necessary Skill & Qualifications:

Proficiency with woodworking machinery (table saws, routers) and hand tools. Strong understanding of measurements, math, and technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and precision. Knowledge of various materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials. Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CAD software Leadership skills for guiding support staff.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
