Job Description

  • About us: Covenant Crafters specializes in custom cabinets and wood crafted products, primarily working with professional contractors, builders, interior designers and architects, making sure to meet the needs of their clients.
Covenant Crafters prioritizes a high level of excellence, integrity, and honesty within our team and in the work that we do for our customers. Our goal is to create and produce projects that not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations.
  • Responsibilities:
Installation:
Measure, cut and install custom cabinets, ensuring the proper fit, level, plumb and secure placement.
    Blueprint Reading:
    Interpret and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and design specifications accurately.
      Finishing:
      Perform final touches, including hardware installation (hinges, handles) and minor adjustments.
        Site Management:
        Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, adhering to all safety protocols.
          Quality Control:
          Inspect work for defects, ensuring it meets high-quality standards and client expectation.
            Troubleshooting:
            Identify and resolve installation issues or challenges on-site.
            • Skills & Qualifications:
            • Proven experience in custom cabinet installation or fine woodworking.
            • Proficiency with hand and power tools (saws, routers, drills, sanders).
            • Strong understanding of carpentry, joinery, and cabinetry construction.
            • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
            • Good communication and customer service skills
            • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
            • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (often required).
