Responsibilities Operate assembly line equipment and machinery with precision, ensuring adherence to safety standards and production protocols Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and mechanical knowledge to assemble components accurately and efficiently Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and work instructions to complete tasks correctly Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and moving parts or materials safely throughout the production process Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments to ensure products meet specifications and standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocol adherence at all times Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements for lean manufacturing practices Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred Familiarity with assembly line processes and experience working in a fast-paced production environment Mechanical knowledge and ability to interpret technical drawings or diagrams Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and basic mechanical assembly techniques Experience with forklift operation is a plus but not mandatory; certification is advantageous Strong manual handling skills including heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards Ability to follow safety standards in production environments and adhere to safety protocol guidelines Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and process accuracy Join us as an Assembly Line Worker and be part of a dedicated team that values safety, efficiency, and innovation.
