Job Description
Job Summary Red Cliffs Millwork & Company is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our cabinet shop team. We build custom cabinets, floating shelves, and other high-quality woodworking projects. This is a hands-on shop position with opportunities to learn and develop your skills in woodworking and cabinet manufacturing.
Job Duties Include:
- Sanding and preparing wood for finishing
- Staining and finishing
- Assembling cabinets and cabinet components
- Building and installing cabinet parts
- Operating basic woodworking tools
- Helping with floating shelves and custom woodworking projects
- Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe
- General shop assistance and material handling
- Learning new skills and helping wherever needed

- Previous cabinet or woodworking experience is a plus, but not required
