Bullseye Wood Specialties | Fairfax / Tysons, VA Full-Time | Steady, Year-Round Work Bullseye Wood Specialties is a 43-year-old custom cabinetry and millwork company serving luxury home builders, designers, architects, and homeowners throughout Northern Virginia and the Washington, DC area. We are growing and looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a skilled, hardworking team. This is not mass-production cabinetry. Our shop builds high-end, custom work , and quality matters. We are looking for someone who notices the small details, understands what excellent craftsmanship looks like, and takes pride in seeing a beautiful finished product leave the shop. What You'll Do Build and assemble custom cabinets, built-ins, vanities, bars, and architectural millwork Read shop drawings, plans, and measurements accurately Operate woodworking machinery and hand/power tools safely and efficiently Produce clean, precise work with strong attention to fit, finish, and detail Work closely with our shop foreman and other cabinet makers to keep projects moving Maintain quality while working in a busy, fast-paced production environment Help troubleshoot unique custom projects and find practical and creative solutions Take ownership of your work from start to finish Who We're Looking For We want someone who takes pride in being a cabinet maker . Minimum 2 years of experience building residential cabinetry. Our best team members are people who can work independently when needed but understand that great cabinetry is ultimately a team effort . We offer steady, year-round work and a strong pipeline of high-end residential projects. You'll work on interesting custom pieces rather than building the same cabinet every day.

Pay:

$30.00 - $34.00 per hour
