In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinets and furniture pieces, transforming raw materials into functional and aesthetically pleasing products. Your expertise in woodworking, blueprint reading, and various construction techniques will ensure each project meets precise specifications and standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship in a collaborative environment dedicated to excellence and innovation. Duties Interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct cabinets and furniture. Measure, cut, assemble, and finish wood and other materials using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment. Install cabinets, fixtures, doors, siding, trim carpentry elements, and other custom woodwork on-site or in manufacturing settings. Perform heavy lifting of materials and finished products safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process to ensure precision, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to meet specifications and project deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while managing multiple projects efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or related construction fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings. Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., chisels, saws), power tools (e.g., drills, sanders), CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment. Familiarity with restoration industry practices such as water damage restoration and mold remediation is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on construction sites or manufacturing facilities with physical stamina. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills; ability to read schematics and technical instructions accurately.
